22 new episodes for Prison Break

Once again I’m doing something a bit unorthodox. I’m going to talk about a TV show. I know, it’s a completely different ballpark. But then again, we’re still in Hollywood. To the (TV show) news: Dark Horizons reports that Fox has ordered a 22-episode fourth season for “Prison Break“.
The series third season, set around the show’s main characters breaking out of a Panama prison, was cut short to 13 episodes by the writer’s strike. As a result the mid-season cliffhanger ended up serving as the season finale.
Season four will pick up with the characters having escaped prison, and Michael (Wentworth Miller) seeking revenge against the people who killed Sarah.
The production, which was shot in Chicago during the first season and Dallas during the second and third, will relocate to Los Angeles for the fourth season.
I’ve watched all the episodes up to date and I’ve really enjoyed the show. Although, you have to agree, there was something magical about the first season. Peter Stormare, Stacy Keach and Wade Williams… When Bellick was as powerful as he was evil and Abruzzi (Stormare), a former Chicago mob boss, enjoyed celebrity status amongst the prisoners. Yes, the show was truly something else in the beginning.
