Maggie Q to play Silver Fox in Wolverine

Ok, so due to public demand I once again will dive into the magic world of superheroes and the movies made in their tribute.

IESB reports that Silver Fox, Wolverine’s love interest, is going to be in the new prequel “X-Men Origins: Wolverine“. This is for sure. With the recent rewrites and the addition of Gavin Hood as director, there wasn’t any confirmation over what characters were going to be in the film. But this is solid, verified information. She’s in it.

And to make thing ever more interesting I can also reveal whos’s the top choice or may have already been cast to play the Silver Fox… Maggie Q is the top front runner for the role but no one has been able to get confirmation from the studio or her representatives however.

In the comics, Wolverine meets her and believes they were romantically involved for quite some time in his past – only for her to be apparently killed by Sabretooth. It’s later revealed that not only is she alive, but was also a victim of the Weapon X program that he was subjected to and the memories of their time together were implanted.

Hugh Jackman and Maggie Q. Sounds sweet. This is actually one of the most promesing superheroe movies I have heard about since… ever!
