Orlando to join Hanks in Angels & Demons

A glorious day with delicious news. Yeah whatever. Anyway, I just read something interesting about the upcoming sequel to “The Da Vinci Code“, based on the best selling novel by Dan Brown. Cinema Blend reports that the latest rumors says that Tom Hanks has signed on for the second movie and that Gisele Bundchen will end up co-starring.

But now rumor has it that another big star is supposed to join the cast of “Angels & Demons“…

The word on the street is that Heartthrob Orlando Bloom is in talks to join the cast. That’s right. Pretty boy Bloom. Congratulation women of the world.

It’s been a long time since I read the book but I can’t recall a part that would fit Orlando… Maybe You have an idea? As far as I can remember the book mainly dealt with the race against time to find a hidden bomb (and an assassin kidnapping and killing cardinals from left to right). Maybe Orlando could play the killer…? Nah…
