Ray Winstone joins Indy cast

I got some interresting news from the guys ‘n girls over at The Hollywood Reporter. The Brittish actor Ray Winstone, who just recently played Jack Nicholson‘s partner in crime in the best picture Oscar winner “The Departed“, is joining the expedition for the fourth installment of the Indiana Jones adventures.

Winstone, who stars as the title character in Robert Zemeckis’ upcoming “Beowulf“, has aparently signed on for a major role in the upcoming Indy adventure. Although the film’s plot is being closely guarded, sources said Winstone will play star Harrison Ford‘s sidekick.

I must say, the buzz around this movie is breathtaking. I hear rumors from left to right and almost everyday some source claims they have the latest news about the cast or the plot outline. I had no idea the world had such a craving for more Indy. Cool.
