Samuel L. Jackson in Man That Rocks the Cradle

Today is Sam Jackson day here on Moviemind news. I just found out myself so I’m as surprised as you are. Variety.com reports that New Line has firmed “Man That Rocks the Cradle” to be the first star vehicle for Samuel L. Jackson since the studio forged a deal with the actor’s Uppity Films.

“Man That Rocks the Cradle” revolves around an overworked husband and father of four who decides the solution to all his problems is a live-in nanny. Jackson will play the nanny, Marion Delacroix, a reputed “kid whisperer” from the South.

Jackson will produce the film together with Michael Nash.

I just hope this is nothing like “The Pacifier” (2005)… I get that vibe just by reading this but hopefully this is something completely different.
