Update on Night at the Museum 2

This week it’s sequel bonanza here at Moviemind News. Well, to be honest, it’s always sequel bonanza here – and in Hollywood. As soon as I put down my pen (methaphorically, there is no pen involved in my posting) news about another sequel hits the ol’ grapevine. Without further ado, I bring you the news:

Dark Horizons reports that Hank Azaria has revealed a few more details about who to expect in the highly anticipated sequel to “Night at the Museum.” First off, he’s playing “a fictional Egyptian pharaoh that comes to life. I’m the villain in the movie and have all sorts of nasty plans for modern society and poor Ben Stiller gets caught in the middle of it.”

Azaria also confirms that Amy Adams will be playing Amelia Earhart, whilst original cast members Owen Wilson, Steve Coogan and Ricky Gervais will all return.

As an avid fan of the so called “Frat Pack“, I’m delighted to watch Ben and Owen working together again. Hopefully there will be lots of good scenes with Owen and Ben doing their thing.
